Structured cabling is the basis of the communication networks which every company or organisation rely on. HES and its partnering specialists can supply data and voice cabling infrastructures that will underpin any business and support their comms networks suitable for today and upgradeable for tomorrow.
Wherever comms networks are required, a reliable cable infrastructure is a key building block to support it. Structured cabling in a premises provides flexibility and reduces costs of changes such as office moves etc.
Shielded or unshielded twisted pair copper cabling (UTP or STP) is a simple and cost effective way to provide voice and data connections to the desktop. These now come in several specifications and standards such as EIA/TIA Cat5e, Cat6 & Cat7. All installations are fully checked and tested and carry our usual guarantee.
Fibre-optic cabling is the next step up from copper and gives the user far higher bandwidths and allows data to be pushed over far bigger distances than can be achieved by copper systems. Typical applications for fibre-optic would be connecting wiring cabinets, buildings and linking multiple sites. Fibre-optic systems have a far better integrity and provide far more protection against magnetic interference from other cabling or appliances. With bandwidth requirements growing due to larger file sizes and more business systems moving higher amounts of data fibre-optic is a long term data transfer medium that will cope with these higher demands.
HES can offer links to multiple buildings to provide a basis for a campus network.
